VVPS is an independent, unregistered provider. We may be able to work with self-managed and plan-managed participants where their funding arrangements allow it.
Yes. We assess the surface, surrounding areas and level of soiling before selecting a suitable pressure-washing method.
Soft washing can be considered for some delicate or coated surfaces where lower pressure and a controlled treatment are more appropriate.
Pressure washing uses higher force on suitable hard surfaces. Soft washing uses a lower-pressure, more controlled approach where the surface needs a gentler method. Pressure is not automatically better — surface, age, condition, coatings and access matter. Read the comparison guide.
No. We don't run every property through the same cleaning process. VVPS assesses the surface, age and condition, staining, previous coatings where relevant, the result you want, and site access before selecting pressure washing, soft washing, a targeted treatment, or preparation and sealing where appropriate.
No. There is no fixed universal safe pressure for every surface. Delicate, coated, weak or weathered materials may need a gentler method. We assess first and discuss a suitable approach.
It is a starting price for suitable small residential driveway cleaning. Final price depends on size, surface condition and access. It is not a universal pressure-washing price, and sealing is only included if it is quoted.
We can discuss roof and gutter cleaning, access, debris handling and any visible concerns. Some roof conditions may require another specialist.
We can discuss lawn and garden care such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and practical tidy-ups based on the property and requested frequency.
For suitable properties, we can discuss a recurring plan covering agreed tasks, timing and access.
A deposit may be required for larger or more complex work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within seven days of completion.
Overdue accounts may incur a late fee of $25 per day after the seven-day payment period, unless alternative arrangements were agreed to in writing.

Photos can help us understand access and surface condition, but they are optional. We may recommend a site visit where photos are not enough.

Outdoor work may need to be rescheduled when rain, wind, heat or surface moisture affects safety or the suitability of the method.
Not always. We need agreed access, clear instructions and a safe work area. Please tell us about gates, alarms, pets and restricted areas.

Yes, where access and notice requirements are agreed. We can coordinate practical timing with the responsible property contact.
Some work needs access to water or power. We will confirm requirements for the agreed service before the booking.
No. Results vary with age, condition, material and previous damage. We assess a suitable method and set realistic expectations.
Any external cleaning method must be selected for the material and condition. We assess the safest suitable approach and discuss visible risks.
If a property manager, strata manager or commercial client needs documentation, tell us what is required before the booking so we can discuss it.
We can discuss the surface and constraints, but some materials need specialist conservation advice or a lower-risk alternative.
