Workmanship
We will carry out the agreed scope with reasonable care and communicate material issues we identify. If you believe an agreed part of the work was missed, contact us promptly so we can review it.
Surface and environmental limits
Staining, weathering, faded coatings, organic growth and previous damage can limit the result. Some marks need specialist assessment or a different service. We do not guarantee complete stain removal or a particular appearance.
Repairs and maintenance
Cleaning or maintenance does not replace repairs, repainting, sealing, pest treatment or structural work. We will recommend another trade where an issue falls outside the agreed scope.
