Photos for quoting and records
Photos may be taken or requested where they are reasonably necessary to understand access, surface condition or the requested work. They are used for business purposes such as:
- quoting and site assessment;
- job planning;
- documenting existing conditions;
- before and after work records;
- quality records;
- documenting an incident;
- insurance and business records; and
- internal processing of an enquiry or job.
Marketing use
Marketing is handled separately. Using identifiable property imagery, customer comments or other media for public marketing requires your consent.
Accepting a job does not by itself give consent for marketing use. You can decline without affecting an enquiry or booking.
Privacy
We take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary personal information appearing in images, and we ask you to do the same when sending photos. Where practical, we avoid or minimise:
- visible addresses;
- people and children;
- vehicle registration plates;
- personal documents; and
- other unrelated private information.

Recording consent
Where appropriate, consent or approval may be recorded by a signed document, an email, an SMS or a recorded electronic acceptance. We are happy to discuss anything by phone; a written record is simply what we keep on file.
