How The Work Is Grouped

Choose The Right Package

Three starting points for practical cleanup and tidy-up before handover, sale, photography or inspection. The quote follows the property, its condition and the agreed scope.

Package 1 — Basic Interior

A practical final interior clean-up for smaller or lighter-condition properties. A guide only — not a fixed bedroom price.

  • Up to 3 bedrooms
  • Light dust and light general cleanup
  • Accessible surfaces
  • Kitchen surfaces
  • Bathroom surfaces
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Accessible internal windows and glass
  • General final presentation tidy-up

The actual scope depends on property size, condition, dust level, access and what is agreed.

Package 2 — Standard Interior

For larger properties, or homes that need a greater level of final interior cleanup. Still ordinary dust and presentation work — not heavy builders cleaning.

  • Up to 4 bedrooms
  • Light to low-medium dust
  • Accessible interior surfaces
  • Kitchen surfaces
  • Bathroom surfaces
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Accessible internal windows and glass
  • Final presentation cleanup
  • General final tidy-up

Heavy construction dust, significant construction debris, plaster or building residue, paint contamination, adhesive residue, cement or grout residue, and specialist restoration sit outside these packages and need assessment.

Package 3 — Combined Interior & Exterior

The complete property tidy-up. Interior follows Package 1 or Package 2, depending on the property.

  • Driveways
  • Paths and walkways
  • Concrete and other suitable hard surfaces
  • Patios and outdoor entertaining areas
  • Accessible balconies
  • Suitable exterior surfaces
  • Cobweb removal
  • General exterior presentation tidy-up
  • Exterior windows where included in the agreed scope

We choose the most suitable cleaning approach for the surface and its condition rather than relying on high pressure.

Need the exterior prepared only? We can assess the property and quote the required exterior work separately.

Completion

Newly Built Properties

Newly completed homes, townhouses and duplexes often need a final clean and tidy-up before handover or the owner’s next step. Suitable small commercial properties, such as shops or storage properties, can be assessed the same way.

VVPS is not a builder. We do not complete building work and we do not collect, transport or dispose of construction waste.

Builders

For Builders

We help prepare completed properties for final handover, photography, inspection, owner presentation, or the next stage of the project.

Tell us the location, access and the work you need. We will review the request and quote the agreed cleanup scope.

Agents

For Real-Estate Agents

We can prepare a suitable property before photography, listing, inspections, an open home or an auction. That means physical cleaning and tidy-up within the agreed scope — not styling or staging.

Work is arranged before the open home or auction, not during it.

Owners

For Homeowners

We can help after you receive a newly built property, before you move into a new home, before you prepare a home for sale, before photography or inspections, or before you hand the property to its next owner.

This is final cleanup and tidy-up for the property’s next step — not general house cleaning.

Service Scope

Property Handover & Cleanup covers cleaning, tidy-up and presentation work within the agreed scope.

We do not collect, transport or dispose of construction waste, building waste, hazardous materials or other waste requiring specialist handling.
